Asset Management Service
Our Asset Management Service is ideal for landlords with three or more properties who require property management with one point of contact and an agent who has expertise in ensuring portfolios achieve a good yield, that void periods are kept to a minimum and that capital values are protected.
As members of the Scottish Association of Landlords and an agent of Landlord Registration across Tayside, Angus and Perth, Wardhaugh adhere to a strict code of practice and ensure staff are kept fully informed of current legislation.
Full Management Service
Giving our landlords complete peace of mind with an experienced Property Manager who is assigned to look after the property and the tenants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring everything is well maintained and cared for. Over three quarters of our landlords register their properties under our Full Management Service.
Personal attention features highly. From your initial enquiry you will be allocated a Lettings Negotiator who will be your main point of contact whilst finding a suitable tenant. A Property Manager will then look after you, the property and the tenants throughout the tenancy. Our close knit team and comprehensive award winning database software enables all members of staff to be aware of issues regarding your property should your lead Lettings Negotiator or Property Manager be unavailable at any point.
